Home Manager – Miss Kath Mann,
NVQ level 4 registered home manager, NVQ level 4 care, BSc psychology (Hons).

Kath is an experienced Home Manager and brings with her wide experience in managing residential homes. Kath also has a specialist interest in meeting the needs of individuals with communication needs.

Kath has a warm, open and positive management style. Kath provides a clear sense of direction and strong leadership so that Service Users, relatives and staff can feel confident, valued and supported.

Kath is supported by her Deputy Manager, Frances Carlton, and a qualified care team. All our staff are very dedicated and offered continuous training opportunities throughout their employment at Silver Howe.
