Parkfield a “good” home with a two star rating.

The home’s good rating was achieved on May 2010. We have been continually focused on improving the running of Parkfield, the quality of care services that we provide and the management which was highlighted in this report: “The home provides good care and support for people suffering from dementia. Admission arrangements were good with people undergoing a thorough assessment of their care needs before being offered a place in the home. The Care Quality Commission (CQC), formerly the Commission for Social Care Inspection, regulates and inspects all adult social care services in the public, private and voluntary sectors in England. This involves giving a quality rating to all care homes: no stars indicates a poor home, 1 star an adequate home, 2 stars a good home and 3 stars an excellent home.
